Following on from all the fun we had at Ginstock – where we teamed up with our friends from Gilpin’s Gin to provide some seriously winning cocktails; we’ve decided to open our gorgeous secret bar, Liberty Lounge, to the public for one week only as a ‘pop-up’ serving our incredibly well received Ginstock menu.

There will be plenty of delicious Gilpin’s Gin, Peter Spanton’s tonics, and some of our instant dry ice gin & tonic sorbet too.

We’ll be open from 5pm, and we’ve organised three G and TeaTime Gin and Afternoon Tea events too!

The Gin Dollies and Gin Brokers will be on hand for you to try 6 different gins, learn to make the perfect gin & tonic, and a fabulous dry martini – not forgetting plenty of cakes and teeny tiny sandwiches!

Tickets are the special “London Cocktail Week” price of only £29 – and with limited places, so get in quick!

Well, drinks fans – Friday is upon us! The weekend is in sight, and we are all working like little beavers to prepare for Ginstock tomorrow!
